All orders are shipped through Australia Post. Timeframes provided are only estimates. Usually 1 - 14 business days depending on location and postage purchased.

Please check your items when they arrive. If an item is damaged in the mail or we have incorrectly packed your order/missing and item, please email us as soon as possible so we can rectify this.

Our products are NOT suitable for the dishwasher. Only handwash in lukewarm soapy water with a softer bottle brush. Do not soak or expose the products to hot water above 40°C as this can melt/warp the cutters and stamps. Store in a cool, dry place. Raised stamps need to be washed and thoroughly dried before use.

How to use our Cutters and stamps. 1. Using one of our Cookie stamps press it into your prepared fondant. But not too hard as you dont want it to go all the way through your fondant. 2. Carefully remove the cookie stamp from the fondant and if youre happy with the results from the stamp, set the stamp aside. 3. Grab our cookie cutter and carefully line it up with the print you have on your fondant and cut out your fondant shape. Where you will have a nice clean and sharp image to transfer onto your cookie! Our cutters and stamps arent designed to be pushed into the fondant together as many years of baking I found they became messy and not with a clean sharp edge.
